Good spot! - What we enjoyed:- Phil is great and added in some nice bonuses upon meeting our family and seeing our needs.- clean- the bed situation was perfect for our family of three (one king and one twin)- reasonably priced. We didn't need a lot of frills as we were gone most of the day.- close enough that the parents could take turns enjoying a solo walk to or from townWhat we would change:- it will help when the bridge returns and the walk to town is off of the main roads. We would have preferred to park the car in the evenings and just walk to and from town for dinners. The walk was just a little too long for that.- Phil is in the process of refurbishing the old dining area into another room (which will be beautiful!). It will be good if there could be access to things like bowls, utensils, a microwave, etc for eating cereal or heating take away food.
